About the company…
SC Rossi and Company, Inc. is a group of small businesses based in Roanoke, VA focused on construction, water systems, and precast concrete products. We employ approximately 50 people at our headquarters and precast concrete plant, and we utilize subcontractors for trade skills and supplies as needed. We own and operate a fleet of heavy equipment to support our construction projects focusing on roads, storm water, concrete, and infrastructure. We operate three small independent water systems for communities in Southwest Virginia. Our plant produces hundreds of different precast products including vaults, pipes, and storm water drains.
